The organisers want to thank all of you that attended the Second Point Nepean Music Festival down in Portsea over Easter Weekend. The festival was a great success and we look forward to seeing you all next year!
The stars lit up The Point Nepean Quarantine Station over the weekend with stunning performances over both days.
On Saturday evening, Keith Urban proved why he is one of the hottest performers on the globe with a set which had the audience rocking. He then joined the legendary John Fogerty for a unique moment as they performed together. Fogerty then captured the audience both young and old and had them singing and swaying to the iconic tunes of Credence Clearwater Revival.
On Sunday, Jools Holland & His Rhythm and Blues Orchestra had the entire crowd on their feat dancing to his 17 piece orchestra and Seasick Steve brought an overwhelming performance, coupled with his unique personality and stompin’ boogie blues.
Eskimo Joe bid farewell to their fans with their last gig before heading into the studio with style and surprise. Their performance was backed by a classical string section that had the audience and die hard fans stomping and applauding for more.
While Irish superstar Sinead O’Connor pierced the star filled sky with her breathtaking voice and fearless performance as did the sensational Ruthie Foster.
