Terms & Conditions

• You enter this car park and the Commonwealth Land at Point Nepean (“Site”) at your own risk. 
• This parking ticket is sold on the express condition that you are bound by these terms and conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Event Manager and the Point Nepean Community Trust (“Trust”).  You will follow the reasonable directions of the organisers as required.
• This parking ticket is not refundable or exchangeable. 
• Lost, destroyed or stolen parking tickets will not be replaced.
• Take your valuables with you!
• The Commonwealth of Australia, the Trust and the Event Manager are not liable to you or any person with you for:
• damage to, destruction of, theft of or unauthorised delivery of your vehicle or any other vehicle whether authorised or not; or
• damage to, destruction of, theft of or delivery of any property (including anything in or on your vehicle or any other vehicle). 
• You agree to indemnify and release the Commonwealth of Australia, the Trust and the Event Manager in respect of any claim made against it as a consequence of, in relation to, or in any way arising out of the use of this car park. 

• This parking ticket is valid only when purchased through an authorised agent.
• Upon entry, your vehicle could be subject to a thorough search.
• Any patrons disobeying normal road rules and regulations on the Site are subject to management confiscating any Festival tickets allowing the patron access to the Festival areas.
• Parking tickets must be displayed on the rear view mirror of the vehicle at all times whilst on the Site.
• There are strictly no pass outs.  The parking fee is payable each time a vehicle enters the designated car park area.
• Please respect our town and neighbours and do not create excessive noise or litter while travelling to and from the Festival.
• Other terms and conditions of entry will apply to the Site.  These will be displayed either at the Box Office or at the entrance to the Site.  The terms and conditions contained on this parking ticket in no way affect or limit any other term and conditions supplied by the Event Manager and the Trust. 
• If any of these conditions are illegal or unenforceable, the offending condition is to be disregarded and does not affect the remaining part.  Each exclusion of liability is to the extent permitted by law, including the Trade Practices Act and similar STate legislation.
