Location

Point Nepean, located at the furtherst Southerly coastal point in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria; is a popular tourist destination renowned for its historic features, outstanding coastal scenery and panoramic views of Bass Strait, the Rip and Port Phillip Bay.

POINT NEPEAN "A Music Experience" is held on the Point Nepean Quarantine Station, an exclusive 150-year-old site overlooking Port Philip Bay, located adjacent to the Point Nepean National Park. The Quarantine Station is managed by the Point Nepean Community Trust on hehalf of the Commonwealth, with the aim to conserve, present and manage the site for the benefit of all Australians.

The site is approximately 100kms from Inner Melbourne, via the Nepean Highway and Ocean Beach Road and takes about two hours. See Melway maps 166, 253 and 254 for further detail.
